Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut tuna into bite sized pieces and stir together with marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Let sit 5-10 minutes.
  2. Stir together the spicy mayonnaise ingredients and add to a plastic bag with the end cut off.
  3. Assemble two bowls by dividing the ingredients among them. First fill your bowl with rice, then top with little piles of marinated ahi tuna, cucumber, avocado, mango, gimme Seaweed, and any extra marinade if you like it saucy.
  4. Drizzle with spicy mayonnaise, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
