Did you know seaweed requires no fresh water, land, or chemicals to grow? We grow our seaweed off the coast of South Korea, in an area famous for its clean, protected waters that are rich in nutrients.
HARVESTED FOR PEAK FLAVOR
Like high-end olive oil and wine, we time our harvest carefully to get the best possible taste and texture. Our seaweed comes from the first of several winter harvests, and is cut right on the water. This ensures a sweeter, umami-packed taste, with a pleasing al dente texture that melts in your mouth.
ROASTED TO LIGHT AND CRISPY PERFECTION
gimme Seaweed go through two different rounds of roasting. First to dry the seaweed, and again after being brushed with organic oils - that is what gives our seaweed that perfect light and crispy texture!
CRAFTED TO BE CRAVEABLE
Our snacks are then paired with our favorite hand-selected seasonings and flavors, and cut into sheets for everyone to enjoy.
