If you’re a fan of poke, you will love this new, simple way to enjoy it. Using our toasted seaweed snacks as a base, you layer on as much or as little poke as desired to create a perfect bite-sized delight. All flavor and no guilt, eat as many as you want: a few for a snack, or a bunch for lunch. Topper options are listed but think of that as inspiration, and feel free to play chef with whatever is on hand for a different burst of flavor every time.
- Make the tuna poke: in a bowl, combine tuna, tamari sauce, green onions and sesame oil. Mix well. Can makeahead and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
- Layout seaweed squares. Add a scoop of poke to each bite, then top with scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Toeat, just pinch two ends together to create a little “taco” shape and pop in your mouth!
- Don’t overstuff your bite – you can always make another one!
- Variations: add thin avocado slices, red pepper flakes or even a squirt of sriracha mayo to mix up the poke bites.
