The Brand Marketing Manager is a key member of the gimMe Snacks (Gimme Health Foods Inc.) Marketing team. This role is instrumental to the brand’s success in driving profitable sales, growing brand awareness, acquiring new customers and keeping our existing community engaged and loyal. They will serve as the brand owner and responsible for continuously managing and growing the gimMe brand across all touch-points internally and externally. The Brand Marketing Manager will report to the SVP Marketing.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience across a spectrum of marketing touch points including branding, creative, digital, PR, social media and field marketing for consumer packaged goods; ideally in the food space and/or a high-growth consumer brand
  • Have the ability to think strategically and creatively to build the brand, by continuously thinking "outside of the box"
  • Be an excellent communicator with an ability for compelling, authentic storytelling across multiple mediums (social channels, web, presentations, campaigns, etc.)
  • Extract actionable insights from syndicated data as well as from consumer insights
  • Be action and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build brand awareness nationally and at the local level through strategic planning; including but not limited to at retail (in-store & online), PR, social media, brand partnerships, and customer marketing
  • Identify opportunities to enhance consumer experience (website, social media, packaging, email programs, product, promotions) to drive conversion and loyalty
  • Continue to optimize gimMe's customer experience (sales presentations, tradeshows, collateral, etc.)
  • Collabolate with sales, supporting sales initiatives with customer-specific programming and sales presentations to communicate those programs
  • Help develop plans for a gimMe dedicated field marketing team
  • Gather insights and identify areas of opportunity to increase conversion and loyalty
  • Help identify and drive new growth opportunities including new product innovation, future market expansion, new channels and new revenue streams
  • Work collaboratively with third parties and agency partners (designers, PR, social media, influencers, tradeshows, etc.)


  • Undergraduate Degree from leading college/university; MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience in consumer packaged goods
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Passion for learning AND doing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude and proven ability to perform above expectations
  • Snack category experience a plus
